OFA and Blockchain App Factory Rush to Tokenize Real Estate with 4‑Month MVP

OFA and Blockchain App Factory Race to Tokenize Real Estate — MVP in Four Months
OFA Group (NASDAQ: OFAL) will co-develop a real-estate RWA platform using AI and Web3. An MVP is due within four months.
What happened
OFA Group, through a strategic cooperation with Blockchain App Factory, announced on Sept. 24, 2025 in Los Angeles a plan to build a Real Estate Equity and Mortgage Assets RWA platform. The platform will tokenize real estate equity and mortgage-backed assets through SPVs, support institutional onboarding with KYC/AML, use AI for valuation and compliance, and offer Web3 trading for peer-to-peer, on-chain settlement. The companies expect a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) within four months. OFA also plans a US$100 million diversified cryptocurrency treasury, initially anchored in Bitcoin and Ethereum.
Why it matters
Tokenization promises fractional ownership and faster settlement. That can unlock liquidity for property owners and open real estate to smaller investors. AI-driven valuation and automated compliance could reduce manual work and produce faster pricing. The combination of AI and Web3 aims to marry securities-style controls with blockchain efficiency.
This is a big strategic pivot for OFA. The firm is known as an architecture and design company. Now it is building fintech products and accumulating crypto assets. That mix raises questions about execution, regulation and capital allocation. Regulatory approval, integration with banks, and real-world legal structures for SPVs are still major hurdles. Investors should weigh potential upside from a first-mover platform against those execution risks.
Outlook
Key near-term milestones are the four-month MVP deadline, proof of KYC/AML flows, and the start of treasury accumulation. Watch OFA’s SEC filings for detailed risk disclosures and any fundraising tied to the project.
If the MVP works and regulators sign off, the platform could scale into institutional channels. If not, the company faces development delays and crypto market exposure. As CEO Larry Wong said, “The convergence of real-world assets, AI, and Web3 technology is reshaping the global financial landscape.” Follow the company ticker (NASDAQ: OFAL) for market reaction.
