Money Concepts secures GIPS verification for WIN Portfolios via Broadridge

Money Concepts’ WIN Portfolios Get GIPS Verification With Broadridge
Verified performance reporting gives advisors clearer, audited numbers and better client trust.
What happened
On Sept. 24, 2025, Money Concepts Capital Corp. confirmed that an independent third party verified the performance calculations, account inclusions and exclusions, benchmarks, disclosures and internal controls for its WIN Portfolios. The firm says the underlying data used to obtain Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) compliance was aggregated and powered by Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE:BR). Denis Walsh, President and CEO of Money Concepts, said, “Achieving GIPS compliance reinforces our long-standing commitment to transparency and accountability in how we measure performance,”. The verification covers how the WIN Portfolios’ historical returns are calculated and reported to advisors and clients.
Why it matters
GIPS is the industry framework for audited performance reporting. When a firm verifies to GIPS, it signals that numbers have been checked and that reporting follows widely accepted rules. For advisors that sit in Money Concepts’ network—roughly 700 financial professional centers nationwide—verified reporting simplifies due diligence. It gives prospects and regulators cleaner comparisons. It also limits a common compliance headache: mismatched or missing account data that can skew returns.
Broadridge’s Data Aggregation and Financial Reporting platform collects account balances, positions, transactions and cash flows from thousands of sources. That scale matters: Broadridge bills itself as a fintech leader with more than $5 billion in revenues and infrastructure that underpins more than U.S. $9 trillion of daily trading. In plain terms, Money Concepts leaned on a big, proven data engine to stitch together the numbers auditors need.
Outlook
For clients and advisers, this change is mostly about clarity. Verified reporting won’t change past returns, but it changes how defensible those returns appear in RFPs, bank partnerships and regulatory checks. Expect Money Concepts to market the GIPS badge to community banks, credit unions and other partners that value audited reporting. Other independent broker-dealers will likely follow, either partnering with aggregation vendors or beefing up their internal controls. If you are a client of a Money Concepts advisor, ask to see the GIPS-verified report for your household. Verified data improves transparency, but it is not a guarantee of future performance.
